We use a leading company (Secure Trading) to keep your submitted data safe from theft.

Colouring / Shading
Due to the nature of tiles, colouring and shading may change in tiles that are in the same range over a short period of time due to different batches being produced. If samples are ordered from Express Tiles, Express Tiles simply cannot guarantee the actual tiles will be the identical colour and shade of the sample when ordered because they are produced in batches - samples should only be ordered as a guide.
FAQS and Delivery Information
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges are free should you spend more than £300+VAT on your tiles. If you spend under £300 + VAT then standard delivery is £30.00 + VAT and Express delivery is an extra £15 + VAT.
Where do you deliver?
Unfortunately we can only deliver to mainland UK.
Do we have a showroom to visit?

What's the delivery time?
Standard delivery time is 3-5 days while Express Delivery is 2-3 days.
Can you arrange Delivery?
You will be telephoned prior to delivery and notified of your delivery date. Please try to make sure someone is at home to take the delivery.. Should you have any doubts or worries please pick up the phone and call us.
Do I have to Sign for my Delivery?
Yes you must sign for your delivery after you have checked it for correct quantities and breakages. If you instruct us to leave your tiles without a signature, we cannot and will not accept any liability regarding your order should it be incorrect or contain breakages. We highly recommend that someone is in to sign for your order.
Can I get my order delivered to another address?
Yes this can be arranged.
The tiles are damaged on delivery or my order isn't correct
Tiles must be checked before signing for your delivery. Upon signing you confirm to the courier that the goods are not damaged. Again if the quantities are incorrect or you have received the wrong tiles, notify us immediately and do not sign for the delivery.
What is your Returns or Cancellation Policy - relative to unwanted or over ordered tiles?
Express do not offer a returns policy due to high transport costs. We have a cheap sample service with some of our suppliers to enable you to see the tiles before you buy them. You can also gain money-back should you place an order in the future by quoting the special code you receive when ordering samples. Orders can be cancelled providing the goods have not been dispatched.
